Landscaping in the Poconos can produce many challenges due to rocks, rough fill, and many other difficulties that your builder typically leaves you. Most often the trap that many homeowners fall into is the need to landscape their home all at once. Landscaping is an investment and like all investments it takes time. We promise to do our best to work within your budget.
A computer design is the way to start out your landscape journey and to unleash the full potential for your yard. I will personally take the time (usually 1-2 hours) necessary to thoroughly go over your yard with you to make sure all of your bases are covered on our first visit; I want you to be a lifelong client. - On the first visit, we will meet with you to discuss your plans, thoughts and take pictures of your property. Allow 1-2 hours if you would like a design done for your property (highly recommended).
- Our fee is $155 for the landscape design of your property. This fee is due at our second visit. Our landscape design will feature professional designs using our PRO Landscape software.
- At your second visit we will meet at our office in Mount Pocono to thoroughly go over every aspect of your landscape project. Your design fee of $155 will gladly be a credit toward the project if you would like to move forward.
